So I already have all my blog posts done for blogmas and it's Tuesday evening at the moment. But I made some amazing cookies this afternoon and wanted to share the recipe with you, and it also matches the other Day 11 post so here you go!!
What you need:
200g butter (at room temperature)
300g caster sugar
1 large egg
325g self raising flour
a dash of milk
200g of any chocolate you like (you can choose however much and what you like)
Let's go:
-Preheat you oven to 200C (390F)
-whisk butter and sugar together until it's creamy
-crack in the egg and mix it through
-add the flour a bit at a time
-break up the chocolate (I chose Milka luflee) and add it to the mixture
-grab the dough from underneath and spread the chunks
-shape the mixture into 10 balls (amount depends on how big you want your cookies)
-put on baking tray covered in baking paper
-bake for 10-12 minutes (mine took about 9!)
-let them cool
(I took half the ingredients and made 4!)
