What I Like

weekly FAVORITES

Hey guys!
So like every Sunday I'm going to show you my favorites today. It's not the regular favorites post where I show you random stuff I enjoyed this month. I will show you my favorites in five specific categories.
- favorite thing to watch
- favorite person
- favorite thing I did
- favorite piece of clothing
- favorite tumblr post
Then I'm going to rate each thing with hearts from one to five!

1. Favorite thing to watch:
Staring with favorite thing to watch this week was Pretty little liars. We bought the third season this week (I know we're very far behind) and are watching it since then. Friday night we watched the first of six DVDs. We ordered some pizza, made the room pitch black, sat on the sofa and watched it. I love how it kinda started like the first season and how you still know kinda nothing. And I gotta say, that Hannah is rocking the new hairstyle!

2. Favorite person: (I follow on social media)
I watched a YouTube video and I loooved the clothes she was wearing, so I looked up where she got them from and it's this British (I believe) store. Lazy Oaf
I instantly fell in love with the first shirt I saw and I wish I had enough money to buy the entire store. I think now it's time for me to go to London again. Just for the single reason to spent my money in Lazy oaf.
Oh! and I also follow them on instagram now so that's why they're my favorite "person" I follow on social media this week.

Anyone wanna buy me this shirt??

3. Favorite thing I did:
My favorite thing I did was getting 14 points (an A) in my first math exam of the year. It's probably a weird fave because I'm not a school fan at all I try to talk about as little as possible especially during break, but I was really happy and wanted to document it^^.

4. Favorite piece of clothing:
My favorite piece of clothing is a kinda red/autumn-color sweater. I already have it in brown and it's my favorite sweater so I bought it again. Yes, I'm one of those people. It's from H&M and was 19,99 euro.

5. Favorite tumblr post:

I rebloggt this pic yesterday and it's my favorite because of the single reason that I am so exited for my concert, which is in 167 days 5 hours and 14 minutes. (I have a countdown on my phone!!!)

MY SUMMER BREAK

LIFESTYLE

Hola!

This year I was pretty lucky with my summer break. They started at the end of May and ended in the beginning of September which makes a total of three and a half months. In such a long time I took some amazing photos and thought I'd share some of my favorites. I'll put them into a chronological order and explain what happened in the moment I took the photo.

All time low concert in the front row- what more do I have to say?

May14

We went on a road trip from St. Louis to Canada for a week and I was so fascinated by the Niagara Falls, that they definitely made it into this post.

This was one of the best concerts I've ever been to. On the left you can see Imagine Dragons and in the right picture is Halsey. She was the opening act for their smoke and mirrors tour.

It was the 4th of July and me and my family went out to watch some fireworks. We were told that the best one was in the parking lot of the shopping mall. We went there and there were so many people. Many had blankets, little chairs and food. But we just stood under a tree and waited 'til it started. Then it began and every second there was a new and different looking firework. I took some photos because it was so amazing but most of the time I just watched them explode in the black night sky.

On July 10th our second road trip started so we went on a plane to LA and made our way up to Seattle. We spent the first couple of days in LA where we were the perfect tourist. We went to see the Walk of fame and then went on a little tour to see some celebrity houses. The third picture I took at Venice beach. It was absolutely crowded and we watched the skaters for at least an hour.

July11 & July 12

Next stop was San Francisco. We drove there for over 7 hours because we stopped every time we saw another amazing coast. We were only there for a day so we did something what I would recommend everyone with a tight schedule: Go on a Segway tour. We started at Pier 41 and just went through all those little but very steep roads. We saw a lot in only two hours and it wasn't some lame bus tour where you just sit and watch. The next morning we had to leave again but we hadn't seen the Golden Gate Bridge. So we stood up early and went to this amazing view. Luckily the sun was shining and there was no fog.

From San Francisco we then went on to Oregon and discovered this pretty amazing spot. We drove for a while and needed a break so we looked out for a nice spot. I think we succeeded.

We were in a Hotel in Newport right next to the beach. From our hotel room you could see the sun rising and setting behind the ocean which was incredible. One evening I was at the beach and when it got darker I decided to leave. But not before I took this shot.

<- Down by the ocean&The little river ->

I took the first photo when we were up on the Space Needle in Seattle. We lived outside of Seattle on an island. Our house was next to a harbor and we had an amazing view. We had to get on a ferry which brought us to Seattle but that was okay because we only left twice. There was loads to do even on a little island. We discovered a river which had thousands of little fish swimming around. We always were the only ones and stood with our pants rolled up in the water.

We also often went down to the sea where were these huge rocks you could climb on. I always sat on one and read and there where even some snakes!

July16&July22

On our last day we went to a 5 seconds of summer concert. We were pretty far up but we sat in the first row of one of those balconies. It was incredible and sooo loud.

What I Like

weekly FAVORITES

My favorite thing to watch this week was How I met your mother. I found a channel on youtube which the entire seasons 5 and 6 and so I watched all of them. Before I only watched HIMYM when it was on TV or something so I missed out on some episodes. Now I really watched like the entire story and know everything that happened.
(If you'd like to watch it: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBYL0NCl0UTR8WDcHDtcnKQ)

2. Favorite person: (I follow on social media)
I always have to check my phone before I can answer this to see who's blog I reblogged most from or which person I followed on Instagram. This week it is a tumblr blog again. It's called cxiy and I firstly like the posts and secondly I really like how it looks when you're on your laptop. It reminds me of some film and you can just scroll down.

3. Favorite thing I did:
My favorite thing I did this week was to go to my first ever electric guitar lesson. It was so much fun and I my teacher is amazing. When I left after an hour I couldn't stop smiling because it felt like I just went to a concert. He also told me about a download called TUXGUITAR. You can download tabs and then it plays them for you. You can add drums or any other instrument and then just play along.

4. Favorite piece of clothing:
The thing I liked this week was my red flannel from urban outfitters.. This week you never really knew if it was going to be hot or cold. I just rolled up the sleeves when it got too hot and it's really easy to combine cause it goes with everything really. SIMILAR

5. Favorite tumblr post:
I have been on tumblr a lot lately especially in the evenings after I finished my homework cause it's just a great way to relax for a bit. I've been writing a journal for about 2 years now. It's not really a journal. I write in it everyday but not about what I did or how I felt but sentences I heard somewhere that got to me or just a drawing that I liked. I really like this tumblr post and I'll probably copy it into my journal.
